3.3 Password Security

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5gcuci only accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods, including: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). Payment methods not listed are not accepted, and any deposit made via an unauthorised method may not be credited.

4.2 Deposit Limits

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay (such as an internet disconnection), 5gcuci will apply an auto-resolution system to determine the outcome based on the last data recorded by our servers. In cases where a result cannot be determined, the bet will be returned to the member.

6.3 Fraud & Abuse Prohibition

• Any attempt to cheat, exploit software bugs, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated software (bots) to place bets is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure.

8.2 Account Closure at Member's Request

You may close your 5gcuci account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any available balance (after deducting any bonus with outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method.

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of using the 5gcuci platform.
